This an Illustration project based on a certain group of people in Dublin City. I created ten images based on street and Hip-Hop style, as I have a strong love of Hip-Hop dance. It was interesting to observe, how hip hop music and it's culture has influenced Irish society.

Each image is based on photographs i took of people in Dublin City. I focused on people wearing, baggy hoodies, caps, oversized trousers, embellished runners and lots of jewellery. Photographs of textures like footpaths, walls and railings were used in my images. The idea was to express the fact the Hip Hop culture is something that originated from the streets. Every character, in each image is loud, bold and has attitude, which is very much a characteristic of Hip Hop.
