These illustrations were based on a trip to the city of Agadir and the fishing port of Essouria, Morocco.
I noticed that a lot of the Moroccan fishermen wore rip-off clothes of famous brands such as G-Star Raw, Converse and NY. I wanted to emphasise the power of brands and labels and how the moroccan men wear them religously.

In order to highlight these brands as best post possible, I kept them as cut outs within my illustration, in order to contrast against my mix media style
